More than 150 Ukrainian prisoners of war have returned home
More than 150 prisoners of war from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine returned home today, February 5.
“Today’s exchange took place after a long pause, and it is very important that it was successfully carried out. I thank everyone who works to make these exchanges happen, and everyone on the front line who helps build Ukraine’s exchange fund. Without the determination of our warriors, such exchanges would be impossible, so every result achieved by our units is what sustains the ability to bring Ukrainians back home,” emphasized President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
At the same time, the Head of State stressed that everything possible is being done to free every Ukrainian from captivity.
