President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky Updates the Composition of the NSDC

On Monday, January 26, President Volodymyr Zelensky updated the composition of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC).

According to the presidential decree, the NSDC now includes the First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal and the Minister of Defense Mykhailo Fedorov.

At the same time, Vasyl Malyuk has been removed from the NSDC.

These changes are formalized by Presidential Decree No. 80/2026 dated January 26, 2026.
