The SOPHOS.JOINT.CYBER 3.0 strategic leadership program has been successfully completed
In September 2025, the final fourth module of the annual strategic leadership program SOPHOS.JOINT.CYBER 3.0, launched by the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, took place.
The module, entitled “The Art of Asymmetry,” summed up this year's program, bringing together more than 50 participants from various sectors—law enforcement agencies, the defense industry, ministries, critical infrastructure facilities, business, the scientific community, and the expert community.
During the four training modules, participants interacted with managers, philosophers, creative personalities, political scientists, and other thinkers. The program focused on researching management systems, developing innovative approaches, and assessing their impact on both Ukraine and the international community.
Summing up the program, Natalia Tkachuk, Head of Information Security and Cybersecurity, Secretary of the NCCK, emphasized the importance of strategic thinking for the cyber resilience of the state:
"Today, strategic thinking in the field of cybersecurity is no less important than technology. The strategic leadership program launched by the NCCK trains leaders who are capable of strengthening the state's resilience, developing Ukraine's potential, and making the asymmetric decisions necessary for victory."
An important component of the training was the study of real-life cases of strategic decisions made by Ukrainian leaders in wartime. This format enabled participants to reach a new level of strategic thinking, which is critical for the development of national capabilities in the field of cybersecurity.
The SOPHOS.JOINT.CYBER 3.0 strategic leadership program is organized in partnership with the GC3 Global Center.
