Production of drones and ballistics: Results of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff
On Monday, May 26, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff. The main focus was on the production of drones and ballistics.
The Staff also discussed the consequences of recent Russian strikes and the tactics of enemy UAVs. As a result, the President of Ukraine instructed to “significantly increase” the production of interceptor drones.
“We will attract more funding from our partners for this purpose. We are preparing the relevant news. I also instructed to provide separate funding for our Ukrainian ballistic missile program - for faster production of missiles,” the Supreme Commander-in-Chief noted.
Intelligence officers reported during the meeting. According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to intelligence, Russia is preparing new offensive operations.
“We can see from the information obtained by the intelligence and from open data that Putin and his entourage do not plan to end the war - there is no evidence that they are seriously considering peace and are seriously considering diplomacy. On the contrary, there is a lot of evidence that they are preparing new offensive operations,” the President of Ukraine said.
He also added that Russia is counting on further war and this is on their part: “an outright disregard for everyone in the world who wants peace, who is trying to make diplomacy work.”
