The Staff of the NSDC of Ukraine and the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

The Staff of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and the National Agency on Corruption Prevention of signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on Wednesday, February 22 of this year, the purpose of which is to organize interaction and cooperation to improve the state sanctions policy.

The document was signed by the Head of the Staff of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Ziuz and the Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention Ihor Khokhych.

According to the Memorandum, the Parties will, among other things, conduct research and analysis in the field of strengthening the capacity of the sanctions policy, exchange information on the implementation and monitoring of its effectiveness and the application of relevant legislation, etc.

The parties agreed, in particular, to participate in the implementation of state initiatives on issues corresponding to the purpose and subject of the Memorandum, to prepare informational materials in the specified area of cooperation, to create joint working groups, other consulting and expert associations to develop proposals related to the subject and objectives of the Memorandum, etc.
