Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov is paying a working visit to the Republic of Poland
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov, Head of the National Security Bureau of the Republic of Poland Pawel Solokh and Adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania on National Security Darius Kuliesius will hold their first meeting in Warsaw on Thursday as part of the “Lublin Triangle”.
During the meeting it is planned, among other things, to discuss the security situation in the region, the prospects for cooperation in the trilateral format and cooperation between Ukraine and Euro-Atlantic structures.
The heads of delegations will also meet today with President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda.
A joint declaration of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Lithuania on establishing a new political format “Lublin Triangle” was signed on July 28, 2020, in the Polish city of Lublin.
In September last year, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov and Head of the National Security Bureau of the Republic of Poland Pawel Solokh agreed to launch a new format of cooperation between the agencies within the framework of the “Lublin Triangle”.
