Volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society received the NSDC awards
Volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society received awards from the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
27 volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society were awarded Medals of Honor of the National Security and Defense Council and Honorary Diplomas of the NSDC of Ukraine for active citizenship stance, active involvement in national security, volunteer development, selfless charitable and humanistic activities.
Volunteers received awards in the framework of joint coordination with the NSDC Staff and the Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for Volunteer Affairs. The purpose of the cooperation is to protect national security, promote respect for human rights and freedoms, provide timely assistance to those who need it, as well as to conduct informational and educational work with the population to increase knowledge about actions in case of threat to life and health.
Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for Volunteer Affairs Natalia Pushkareva focused on the consciousness and professionalism of volunteers.
