According to Mr. Demediuk, such consultations are vital for establishing effective work of Ukraine and Japan in the field of cybersecurity of both countries.

"This is the second round of Ukrainian-Japanese cybersecurity consultations. Such bilateral cooperation today allows us to develop a clearer plan for further movement towards improving systems and measures for response to future threats", - the Deputy NSDC Secretary noticed.

Following the first day of consultations, the parties agreed on the interaction of the competent authorities of the two countries in developing open, interoperable, reliable and secure cyberspace.
