The NSDC Secretary meets with members of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organisations

On Thursday, 25 April, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko met with members of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organisations.

The parties noted the significant role of the Ukrainian clergy and chaplains in supporting the morale of military personnel and the work of the Church towards the psychological recovery of war victims. They also discussed the issue of communicating the truth about russian aggression to the world.

The participants of the meeting underlined the importance of dialogue and the significant role of religious institutions in supporting the statehood and unity of Ukraine.
