Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov met with US Charge d'Affaires a.i. in Ukraine Kristina Kvien

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov held a meeting with Charge d'Affaires a.i. of the United States in Ukraine Kristina Kvien.

During the meeting, the parties considered the current state of the investigation of the Ukraine International Airlines Boeing 737 flight PS 752 plane crash in Iran.

According to Mr. Danilov, the Ukrainian side is currently waiting for the arrival of the Iranian representative of the investigative group. The NSDC Secretary also noticed that part of the expert group, the rescue workers particularly, who had been working on the crash site from the very beginning, are returning to Ukraine. "The main part of the experts are staying in Tehran", - he added.

US Charge d'Affaires a.i. in Ukraine Kristina Kvien expressed sincere condolences from the US embassy on the occasion of the tragedy. She also assured of the readiness of the American side to provide all necessary assistance and information for the investigation.
