Oleksandr Danyliuk headed the National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Danyliuk became the head of the National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity.
"To replace Article 2 of the Decree of the President of Ukraine of June 7, 2016, № 242 "On the National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity", Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council DANYLIUK Oleksandr Oleksandrovych shall be appointed the National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity", - the Decree of the President of Ukraine of June 19, 2019, № 415 reads.
The Decree takes effect upon its publication.
Reference: the National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is the working body of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine formed in accordance with the Decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of January 27, 2016, "On the Cybersecurity Strategy of Ukraine", enacted by the Decree of the President of Ukraine of March 15, 2016, № 96.
The Center consists of the head, secretary and other members of the Center.
The Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine is the ex officio head of the Center.
The head of the structural unit of the Staff of the NSDC of Ukraine, responsible for cybersecurity, is the ex officio secretary of the Center.
The members of the Center are: the First Deputy or Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, of the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, of the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, of the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, of the Head of the National Police of Ukraine, the Head of the National Bank of Ukraine (upon consent), whose responsibilities include cybersecurity issues , as well as the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Head of the Office of Intelligence of the Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the Head of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.
