Serhiy Kryvonos: Successful tests of “Vilkha-M” and “Vilkha-R” were held

Successful tests of "Vilkha-M" missiles with increased range capability and "Vilkha-R" missiles with dispensing warhead, took place in the Odesa region, Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Serhiy Kryvonos informed.

"Taking into account Russia's aggression against Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine has defined tasks for the development and serial production of new missiles for multiple-launch rocket systems", - Mr. Kryvonos noticed.

The Deputy Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine informed that the technical solutions for developing missiles and the results of hitting targets at maximum range were tested. "Firing operations were completed successfully, - he said. - The missile tests have proved that the domestic defense indrustry is capable of developing, as quickly as possible, complex weapons and military equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine".
