The interlocutors also considered the peculiarities of draft laws on the National security of Ukraine "On the aspects of state policy of restoring Ukraine's state sovereignty over the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions" prepared by the NSDC Staff.

Oleksandr Turchynov emphasized that, despite the hybrid war waged by the Russian Federation against Ukraine, "we do not stop the process of strengthening our defense capabilities and reforming the security and defense sector of Ukraine in accordance with the NATO standards".

Hugues Mingarelli stressed that for the EU, the issue of supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine is a matter of principle. "We support the reforms that are taking place in Ukraine and are ready for active cooperation in countering cyberthreats, which constitute a common danger for our countries".
