Secretary of National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov met with the first president of independent Lithuania Vytautas Landsbergis.  

During the meeting the sides discussed bilateral cooperation between our countries in terms of hybrid warfare unleashed by the Russian Federation.
