Oleksandras Lytvynenko susitiko su Estijos ambasadore Ukrainoje Anneli Kolk

On Wednesday, December 4, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko held a working meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Ukraine Anneli Kolk. During the meeting, the parties paid special attention to the current areas of cooperation in the field of security, countering cyber threats, as well as the issue of strengthening sanctions against Russia.

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine briefed the audience on the security situation in Ukraine, emphasizing the continued need for air defense systems to protect energy infrastructure, and thanked the Estonian people for their strong military assistance and support for EU and NATO membership.

Ambassador of Estonia Anneli Kolk emphasized that Ukraine is an integral part of Europe and therefore should definitely become a member of the EU and NATO.

On behalf of the delegation, Ms. Kolk expressed solidarity with Ukraine and noted that Estonian citizens are impressed by the heroism and courage of the Ukrainian people. Anneli Kolk also emphasized that Estonia would continue to support Ukraine in its time of need.
