NSDC Secretary meets with delegation of the Brenthurst Foundation

202408162.jpegOn Friday, 16 August, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko met with a delegation of the South African Brenthurst Foundation headed by its chairman, Dr Greg Mills. The delegation also included the Director General of the Royal United Services Institute for Defence Studies (RUSI), senior officials and former officials from African and Latin American countries.

202408161.jpegOleksandr Lytvynenko expressed his gratitude to the members of the delegation for their attention to Ukraine, support for its sovereignty, and clear stance on russian aggression, and urged the Brenthurst representatives to disseminate objective information about the events in their countries.

During the meeting, world-renowned political and security experts Greg Mills and David Kilcullen presented "The Art of War and Peace" book.

Greg Mills noted that the book was based on Ukraine's experience, and is intended to convey to the international community 20240816.jpegthe importance of supporting Ukraine in its fight against the authoritarian putin regime and its aggression, the consequences of which could be catastrophic.

202408163.jpegThe meeting was also attended by Hryhorii Nemyria, Member of Parliament of Ukraine, First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Policy.
