NCSCC starts cooperation with the National Directorate for Cybersecurity of Romania to create safe cyberspace and counteract cyberattacks
The National Cybersecurity Coordination Center at the NSDC of Ukraine and the National Directorate for Cybersecurity of Romania signed a memorandum of understanding on cybersecurity cooperation.
"russian hackers are a threat not only to Ukraine but to the whole world. They continue to attack our partners - the states that provide comprehensive support to Ukraine to win this war. That is why joining forces and coordinating efforts to counter cyber threats is extremely important today. In addition, Ukraine is currently gaining unique experience that we are ready to share with the international community to ensure peace and security in cyberspace," said Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Serhiy Demediuk.
Cooperation under the memorandum provides for:
- exchange of experience and best practices in the field of cybersecurity
- participation in educational, scientific and technical projects
exchange of information on cyber incidents, ways to identify vulnerabilities and respond to cyber threats, etc.
The NCSCC constantly interacts with international partners, strengthens cooperation for information exchange and conducts cybersecurity training. We are grateful to the governments and private companies of democratic countries for their support and appreciate their assistance.
