More than 40 managers in the field of cyber security participated in the strategic leadership program organized by the NCCC and GC3
On March 24-25, 2023, the last, sixth module of the training course "Strategic Leadership Program for Ukrainian Managers in Cyberspace SJC-2022" took place. It has been mastered by more than forty managers working in the field of cyber security from the public and private sectors.
The program was developed by the Global Center for Interaction in Cyberspace together with the best international experts and with the support of The National Cybersecurity Coordination Center at the NSDC of Ukraine.
The program aims to increase the level of professional training of managers and politicians who are involved in the development of joint strategic solutions in cyberspace.
"In order to ensure the stability of our state in cyberspace, not only a technological component and an understanding of how the field of cyber security works, but also the correct and timely strategic decisions of the leaders of all cyber security subjects of Ukraine are necessary. These six months of training contributed to the creation of a community of leaders in the field of cyber security in Ukraine. These are highly qualified specialists who know how to strategize, think systematically, make non-linear, asymmetric decisions, and will develop the potential of our state. And I am glad that each participant of the program gained not only new knowledge, but also the inspiration to move on, to increase their efficiency in order to achieve a common goal," Head of the Information Security and Cybersecurity Service of the Staff of NSDC of Ukraine, the NCSCC Secretary Natalia Tkachuk said.
Natalia Tkachuk also noted that such initiatives are extremely important, because the implementation of the program became a platform where participants could exchange experiences and communicate informally. "In cyberspace, everyone has similar problems and challenges, and it is very important to share information on countering cyber threats, implement innovative approaches at all levels and work closely with each other," added the NCSCC Secretary.
