The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, announced the catastrophic consequences for putin and his inner circle as a result of the decision of the International Criminal Court in The Hague on the air of the national telethon on the Suspilne TV channel on Friday, March 17.
Currently, Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine reminded, the Rome Statute has jurisdiction in 123 countries of the world, and according to it, criminal prosecution can be carried out on the territory of these countries. russia, he added, was also a party to the Rome Statute, but, without ratifying it, withdrew from it in 2016, after the annexation of Crimea.
"This is just the beginning of the "black swans" that will fly into the territory of russia in flocks. They will live there permanently, settle in moscow," predicts Oleksiy Danilov.
Speaking about the planned visit to moscow of the President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, the NSDC Secretary emphasized that "the leader of China will find himself in a rather difficult situation, because he will communicate with a person who is accused by the International Criminal Court of a criminal offense against children."
