“Can these bastards go for it? This is not an easy task, but after February 24, we cannot exclude anything", - the NSDC Secretary said.

At the same time, he noted that the intentions of the russian federation to destroy the Kakhovska HPP will lead to the impossibility of further water supply to the temporarily occupied Crimea.
