The Head of the Information Security and Cybersecurity Service of the Staff of NSDC of Ukraine met with the director of the US FBI

The Head of the Information Security and Cybersecurity Service of the Staff of NSDC of Ukraine, the NCSCC Secretary Natalia Tkachuk as part of the Ukrainian delegation, which also included representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, the National Police and the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, met with the director of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation Christopher Ray.

During the meeting, Mr. Ray emphasized that cooperation with Ukraine is a priority for the US and thanked Ukrainian partners for effective cooperation, particularly in the field of cyber security.

The Ukrainian side expressed gratitude for Ukraine's support in overcoming cyber threats from a terrorist country, as well as the extremely fruitful work of representatives of the FBI Office in Ukraine.

The meeting took place as part of the IX International Conference on Cyber Security (ICCS), organized by the US FBI, which took place from July 18 to 20. in the city of New York (USA) and was dedicated to a wide range of issues of combating cyber threats. 

During the conference, a panel discussion was held on the topic: "Being under a cyber siege - how Ukraine is fighting on the virtual front", which was attended by Natalia Tkachuk, the Head of the Cyber Security Department of the Security Service of Ukraine Ilya Vityuk, the Deputy Head State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine Viktor Zhora and the Deputy Head of the Cyber Police Department Andriy Sharonov .

The conference was also attended by Director of the NSA and Commander of the US Cyber Command General Paul Nakasone, US Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, US Deputy Secretary of National Security Robert Silvers, as well as other high-ranking US law enforcement officials, representatives of academia and the private IT sector.
