Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov met with the Head of the Polish NSB Pawel Soloch

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov held a meeting with Head of the National Security Bureau of the Republic of Poland Pawel Soloch.

The current security situation in Europe and the world was discussed during the meeting. In this context, the interlocutors paid attention to the situation in Afghanistan and the course of operations to evacuate citizens of Ukraine and Poland from this country.

The NSDC Secretary informed his Polish counterpart about the meeting with NATO Deputy Secretary General Mircea Geoana and the results of the Inaugural Summit of the Crimea Platform, noticing that the Summit will be a strong signal to the world to consolidate efforts to de-occupy the Crimean peninsula.

Prospects for further cooperation in the security sphere at the bilateral and multilateral levels were also discussed.
