First Deputy Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Mykhailo Koval participated in the celebrations on the occasion of the Day of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Colonel-General Mykhailo Koval, participated in the celebrations on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the creation of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Congratulating the special forces warriors and veterans of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on their professional holiday, Mr. Koval stressed that today the SOF fighters are the true elite of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“You have proved your selfless service to the state not by words, but by deeds”, - he said expressing his gratitude the soldiers and wishing them “to follow the soldier's first commandment - to always return home alive”.

For their personal contribution to ensuring national security and defense, exemplary performance of official duties, professionalism and on the occasion of the Day of Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykhailo Koval on behalf of NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov presented NSDC awards to servicemen of the military unit A 0987 - Medals of Honor of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of the I-III degrees.
