Dear friends!

I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine!

The National Flag is not just the State Symbol of Ukraine, it is an incarnation of the spirit of the Ukrainian people, which has for centuries fought for a united independent state.

Today, the warriors at the frontline, worthy of the memory of generations of their ancestors who fought for Ukraine, carry the flag of our state with dignity. With the flag in their hands, the best sons and daughters of Ukraine go into battle with the enemy, bringing closer our victory over the aggressor. I am sure that our Flag - the embodiment of the cloudless sky and ripe field of grain - will wave over Donbas and Crimea liberated from the occupants!

Let us more often and not only this day raise the blue-yellow flag of our freedom and unity over our dwellings. Respect for state symbols is respect for the State, the people, and national traditions, it is a testimony of civic maturity and an understanding that without our own efforts there will be no changes and victories.
