First Deputy to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleg Hladkovskiy met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to Ukraine Salem Ahmed Al-Kaabi.
To Mr. Hladkovskiy's conviction, Ukraine and the UAE are interested in developing cooperation, taking into account the opportunities and experience of both countries. He pointed out that Ukraine considers the UAE a reliable and promising partner in the Middle East.
The First Deputy to the NSDC Secretary also expressed his hope that Ukraine and the UAE would join their efforts to strengthen their positions in countering global and regional threats.
For his part, Ambassador
of the United Arab Emirates to Ukraine Salem Ahmed Al-Kaabi confirmed the
country's desire to develop bilateral relations in all spheres for the sake of
realizing common interests.
