Dear rescuers, workers, and veterans of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine!

You have chosen a challenging profession - a dangerous, important and sacrificial one. A rescuer is ready to risk his own life every second for the sake of saving those who need help. You are always the first to respond to the challenges of fate promptly, you are always there where protection and help are needed.

Thanks to your professionalism, dedication, determination, courage, indifference, heroism and round-the-clock alertness, our citizens are protected from natural and human-made disasters. Thanks to your efforts, thousands of people have been rescued from ruins, fires, floods, and dangerous areas.

You were the first to defend the country from the Chernobyl fire, and nowadays, you were the first to come to rescue the inhabitants of Donbas, who were caught in the fire of enemy artillery. Faithful to your duty, side by side with the soldiers of the Armed Forces and law enforcement officers, you defend Ukraine from the consequences of Russia's aggression. May the memory and honor of the fallen heroes live forever!

The professionalism of our rescuers is known all over the world, which is why many countries, suffering from large-scale disasters, ask your help.
