The profession of a journalist has always been one of the most dangerous and the most responsible. The word can be both a medicine and a poison; it can bear a charge of truth or dirt. Therefore, it is so important to carefully, impartially and responsibly inform the society.

Your assessments and comments influence state decisions, shape public opinion; lives often depend on your word. Those are you, each and every one of you, who become the chroniclers of Ukraine's modern history, you often even create it.

You are always at the frontline of the fight in the information field with the Russian aggressor. The truth is the best resistance to the Russian information aggression. Thus professional, impartial, objective and principled coverage of the events in Ukraine and the world is vital both for the country and for forming the state's image abroad.

I wish the Ukrainian journalism and everyone who develops it reasonableness, wisdom, patience and irresistible inspiration!
