Dear friends, I congratulate you on the 25th anniversary of the foreign intelligence of Ukraine!

Employees of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine today honorably complete the tasks of the top state leadership, implement the National Intelligence Program for 2016-2020 aimed at improving intelligence activities and strengthening the intelligence capability of Ukraine.

The complex modern realities, the new external challenges and threats set highly sensitive tasks to the intelligence, require innovative approaches for the protection of national interests.

Thanks to the dedicated work you achieve significant results at the forefront of our state, taking part in the Anti-terrorist operation, as well as far outside Ukraine.

I am confident that your efficient work and proactivity will ensure significant achievements in ensuring the security of society and the state from external threats.

With deep respect and gratitude, I congratulate the intelligence veterans for their military service and considerable contribution to the patriotic education of the younger generation.
