Dear soldiers and officers of the Engineering troops, heroes-sappers!

I sincerely congratulate you with the professional holiday!

Over the years of Independence, military engineers have eliminated consequences of thousands of natural disasters and emergencies in different regions of Ukraine, took an active part in peacekeeping operations. Our heroes-sappers did their dangerous work, even sacrificing their lives. May the glory of those who gave their lives defending the Motherland live forever!

And today, under the warfare conditions in the East of Ukraine, your work cannot be overstated. You never look back. Every day, putting your lives at risk, you neutralize thousands of mines and shells, - save thousands of lives, prepare and mask the movement of forces and military objects, launch bridges and crossings, adjust field water supply and electricity.

They say that while demining a sapper can make a fault only once. I wish you to never be wrong and always come back from combat missions alive and intact!
