O.Turchynov: No agreement can be made with the terrorists, they can be only destroyed

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov expressed his condolences to the families of peoples who were killed during the terrorist attack in Nice.

"Again the blood spills in France. I express my deep condolences to the families of those persons who were killed and injured in the horrible terrorist attack in Nice.

Innocent people, who walk into the streets on the celebration day, instantly become victims. They are the victims of blunt and blind aggression, aggression that hates the light and witness, hates life itself. It couldn't be made agreement with terrorists and you can not even negotiate with them. Terrorism can only be destroyed, no matter where the terrorists are: in Western Europe or the east of Ukraine", - said O.Turchynov.
