I sincerely congratulate all the guardians of the state frontiers!

You stand on the front of the defensive line of Ukraine and together with your brothers in arms from the Armed Forces and the National Guard defend peace and well-being of our citizens, protecting sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state. It is owing to you, your day-and-night duty that Ukraine is protected from infiltration of the hostile elements - Russian saboteurs and cross-border criminals.

Thanks to the courage, sacrifice and heroism of our border guards the country has stood against the aggressor. May the memory of all the border warriors who died defending their motherland live forever!

I wish you courage, patience, endurance, good health, peace and serenity! Return healthy and alive from the combat duty!
