Oleksandr Turchynov: Donbass as well as Crimea is a part of the territory of Ukraine

The fact that an article on the so called Putin's conversation with Russian businessmen about Donbass appeared three weeks later is an evidence of Russian Federation attempts to legitimize and explain to the world plans to restore aggression in Eastern Ukraine. This was stated by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov in his comment.

«It is impossible to take information about any «gifts» to Russia from our side seriously. It looks more like sick fancies of those who run Russia today», - he said, adding that Donbass as well as Crimea is a part of the territory of Ukraine.

In addition, the NSDC Secretary said that full-scale budget financing of the occupied territories will be carried out immediately after regaining control of the Ukrainian authorities over these regions «and after resumption of the operation of the Ukrainian law and Constitution».

«As long as these territories are occupied by Russia, their budgetary funding is impossible, because Ukraine will not finance occupiers, terrorists and war against its own people», - stressed Oleksandr Turchynov.
