Oleksandr Turchynov: The duty of the state provide treatment and rehabilitation of our military who suffered in Donbas
During today's meeting the NSDC of Ukraine adopted the measures to create the relevant material and technical basis for treatment, rehabilitation and recovery of soldiers. This was announced by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov after the meeting.
"Today many wounded returns from the front, so the duty of the state ‑ to ensure their treatment and rehabilitation", ‑ he said.
Oleksandr Turchynov stressed that the NSDC of Ukraine considered this issue and a draft law on health institutions, in particular, resorts, inherited from the Soviet Union, would be introduced into the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
"This issue has considered several times in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, but I believe that in view of today's conditions the Parliament will approve this decision, and all sanitary institutions, owned by trade unions, act for the recovery and rehabilitation of military, suffered during execution of their duty" ‑ underlined the Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine.
