Being unable to breach Ukrainian military defenses, Russian-terrorist troops have been shelling Debaltsevo residential areas 2 consecutive days using heavy artillery and multiple launch rocket systems. Tracking satellites recorded black smoke cloud covering the city completely. Even pictures from the space fix the scale of crimes against humanity committed by Russian military and terrorist groups under their control.

Ignoring Minsk agreements, they have been trying to bulldoze Debaltsevo, realizing that there are many civilians in the city. Moreover, the representative of the terrorist organization "DPR" Oleksandr Zaharchenko declared the non-recognition of Minsk agreements and the continuation of armed hostilities, including shelling of Debaltsevo, which is a further proof of Russian uncovered attempts and its subordinate terrorists to disrupt agreements on ceasefire and stopping aggression by peaceful means.
