Andriy Parubiy: Russia did not take into account that fighting for our land, we would form a new Ukrainian army in a short time

According to him, when Russia begun a war against Ukraine, it had not considered that Ukraine, fighting for Ukrainian land in fact was able to form a new Ukrainian army in a short period of time. "Among generals of the Ukrainian Armed Forces those generals were crystallized who were able to take responsibility and to carry out the operations competently and successfully. Our various units of the National Guard, army and border guards learned to interact with each other and learned to operate effectively," Andriy Parubiy said.

According to the Secretary of the NSDC, as proof of this is that the Ukrainian military today controls 13 of the 18 districts of Donetsk oblast, and 10 of the 18 districts of Luhansk oblast.
