Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine discussed lines of cooperation with representatives of the leading U.S. defense company

The parties discussed the prospects of establishing cooperation between the defense industry enterprises of Ukraine and the United States.

Oleksandr Lytvynenko thanked the U.S. Government and Americans for their effective support in the face of russian aggression.

"Without your help, it would have been very difficult for our soldiers to confidently hold the line during the two years of full-scale war with russia", - he stressed.

The Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine noted that modernisation and transformation, as well as increasing the capacity to manufacture and repair weapons, military equipment, missiles, and ammunition are important for the defense industry of Ukraine. That is why it is essential for Ukraine to establish effective cooperation with global companies.

For their part, Lockheed Martin International President Raymond Piselli emphasised that bilateral relations would be a progress for both the United States and Ukraine. Also, given their experience, they are considering assisting in the deployment of production facilities at the local level.
