President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky by his Decree №340/2019 made changes to the personnel of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine

In accordance with sections three and four of Article 107 of the Constitution of Ukraine, I resolve:

1. On a partial amendment to Article 1 of the Decree of the President of Ukraine of December 15, 2014, №929 "On the personnel of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine" (as amended by Decrees of February 16, 2015, №86; of July 10, 2015, №410; of April 22, 2016, №166; of May 16, 2016, №212; of August 29, 2016, №372; of September 13, 2017, №274; of January 19, 2018, №10; of March 28, 2018, №90 and of March, 22, 2019, №86); the following changes in the personnel of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine shall be made:

1)The Chairman of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine - ZELENSKY Volodymyr Oleksandrovych - President of Ukraine;

2) to include the following persons in the personnel of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine:

BAKANOV Ivan Gennadiyovych - First Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine - Head of the Main Department for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime of the Central Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine

BOHDAN Andriy Yosypovych - Head of the Presidential Administration

DANYLIUK Oleksandr Oleksandrovych- Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine

MARKAROVA Oksana Serhiivna - Minister of Finance of Ukraine

PRISTAYKO Vadym Volodymyrovych - Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine

RYABOSHAPKA Ruslan Georgiyovych - Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine

KHOMCHAK Ruslan Borysovych - Chief of the General Staff - Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

3) to withdraw from the personnel of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Ihor Rainin, Oleksandr Tuchynov, Viktor Muzhenko and Yuriy Stets.

2. This Decree comes into force on the day it is published.
