Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov held a meeting with State Secretary of the German Chancellery Klaus-Dieter Fritsche.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the situation in the east of Ukraine, in particular, provocations and systematic violations of the Minsk agreements by the Russian-terrorist groupings and the security situation in Europe.
Moreover, the NSDC
Secretary and State Secretary of the Federal Chancellery considered the intensification
of bilateral cooperation in the defense and security sector and the possibility
of implementing joint projects in the security sector. Special attention was
paid to systematic cooperation in combating hybrid war waged by Russia against
Ukraine and Europe.
