In addition, during the exercises, NSDC Secretary has marked off the professional work of operational headquarters: "The operational headquarters are deployed within an hour. At that point the unmanned aerial vehicles and other technical means of collecting information are being launched that allows to operatively intercept and analyze the data, necessary for efficient execution of combat missions". "In addition, command personnel and soldiers are being prepared in accordance with the program that allows them to make decisions independently in extreme conditions and to act according to the situation rather than undergo a multistage approval, that is crucial for achieving results in the course of combat operations", - NSDC Secretary concluded.
