Moreover, the external aggressors are very cynical putting in front of themselves civilians, at the same time they are standing with guns and hiding behind women, people of old age, sometimes youth and holding them as a living human shields.

Hiding behind the backs of civilians, they seize the administrative buildings. This demonstrates that they don’t care about the future and the lives of Ukrainian citizens.

They equally hate all of us, citizens of Ukraine; that does not depend on where we live, whether in the Donbass region or Lviv.

Thus, the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine adopted a resolution on conducting a large-scale counter-terrorism operation with involvement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine", the Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy said on Channel 5 yesterday evening.
