The innovative military cluster BRAVE1 will facilitate reconnaissance and offensive operations in cyber and information space. This was emphasized by Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Serhiy Demedyuk, speaking on Wednesday, April 26, during the presentation of the unified coordination platform in the field of defense technologies - the innovative military cluster BRAVE1.

According to Serhiy Demedyuk, "finally, there is a platform where we can synchronize and accumulate ideas of Ukrainian society from rocketry to software and hardware complex."

According to him, it is necessary to "respond asymmetrically to the threats posed by russia in a timely manner." "The BRAVE1 platform should play an important role in defining tactical and strategic goals," Sergiy Demedyuk emphasized. - "The project that we will develop on this platform should take into account how many more years we will be able to withstand the hybrid threat from russia.

In addition, he added, this project needs physical, technological and intellectual protection. According to him, it is necessary not to allow the enemy to destroy domestic developments in the field of defense technologies.

On behalf of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Head of the Staff of the NSDC of Ukraine Andriy Ziuz signed a memorandum on the establishment of the BRAVE1 military innovation cluster with representatives of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Strategic Industries, the Ministry of Economy, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the Innovation Development Fund.
