O. Danilov: The skill of our air defense troops is constantly increasing

The skill of our air defense troops is constantly increasing. This was stated by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov in a comment to "Suspilno" on Monday, December 5 of this year.

According to him, the number of downed missiles is increasing every time, and today the Ukrainian military shot down 60 of the 70 missiles fired by the russian federation during another massive attack on critical infrastructure.

O. Danilov also noted that the number of missiles the enemy has is decreasing, and therefore the russian federation is forced to seek additional supplies of weapons from other countries.

"The russians will not be able to freeze us," said the Secretary of the NSDC, adding that the energy industry, as well as the military, were ready for today's shelling.

Answering a question about the risks of shelling for the functioning of the banking system, O. Danilov said that the issue of protecting the banking sector was considered at the last meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. "We understand what needs to be done to make this system work, and we will do everything so that it does not fail," he assured.

Speaking about the prospects for the development of military operations, the Secretary of the National Security Council emphasized that a complex of military issues is constantly discussed at the meetings of the Headquarters, "the system of making responsible decisions works so that we can liberate our territory as quickly as possible and with the least losses."

"The responsibility of the russian federation will be mandatory, together with the entire civilized world, we will make them answer in The Hague or in another city that will be determined by the world community," O. Danilov also said.

The Secretary of the National Security Council noted that no European country is currently safe from russian missiles, and expressed his belief that soon Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia will become NATO members, as they need protection from a common enemy - the russian federation.
