According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine, a helpline to process reports of smuggling at customs was established at the NSDC Staff

In accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine of 09.07.2019 №505/2019 "On measures to counter smuggling and corruption during customs declaration of goods" a helpline to process citizens' reports of cases of smuggling and corruption during customs declaration of goods, as well as of actions that bear the marks of tax evasion, was established at the Staff of the NSDC of Ukraine.
