The air assault units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are being redeployed to the most dangerous directions of the Ukrainian-Russian border. This was announced by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during a working visit to the Zhytomyr region.
The President of Ukraine, together with Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov, visited one of the military units where troops and equipment of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were loaded into aircraft for redeploying within the framework of the tasks provisioned by the state of martial law.
