Today is the Day of Holodomors Victims ...

Holodomor is one of the most terrible crimes in human history. Events which took place in Ukraine during 1921-1923, 1932-1933 and 1946-1947 by the personal instruction of totalitarian Kremlin slaughterer Stalin became the weapons of mass destruction of Ukrainians and Ukraine. The communist regime tried to destroy the gene pool and the national self-identification of the Ukrainian people, to kill its eternal aspiration for freedom.

Millions of our citizens perished, thousands of villages were deserted. Over 20 countries recognized the famine in Ukraine in 1932-1933 as a genocide of the Ukrainian nation.

Today the war is ongoing, and again we are witnessing manic attempts to destroy Ukraine. And as nearly a century ago, the Kremlin imperial regime is again the perpetrator. But they will not succeed in destroying state sovereignty, freedom and dignity of Ukrainians, they will not manage to destroy Ukraine! Truth is with us, God is with us, and victory will be with us!

Do not forget the past in the name of the future! Let us light a candle today, at 16:00, to honor the memory of the Ukrainians who perished during the genocide. May their memory live forever...
