Only a complete de-occupation of Donbas will provide conditions for normalization of the social-economic situation in the region. This was stated by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov in an interview with "Interfax-Ukraine" information agency.

"We can speak about economic reintegration only in case military confrontation is stopped, Ukraine's jurisdiction over the whole territory of Donbas is restored, and all the seized enterprises and resources are returned", - Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine said adding: "For me it is obvious that only a complete de-occupation of Donbas will provide conditions for normalization of social-economic situation in the region".

Mr. Turchynov also noticed that "not only those enterprises, but the whole occupied territory" should be returned to Ukraine.
