Andriy Parubiy met with the representatives of the Atlantic Council

The Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy met with the Director of the Eurasian Program of the Atlantic Council John Herbst and the Executive Vice President of the Atlantic Council Damon Wilson. The meeting took place in Kyiv today.

During the meeting the sides discussed issues of the international cooperation, information and security policy. Special attention was paid to the events in the eastern regions of Ukraine.

Outlining the situation in the country, the Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council emphasized the need to restore peace in the eastern regions of our country promptly. The Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council also expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation with the U.S. in the military and military-technical spheres to restore and reform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
